Fire at Bangladesh Factory claimed 52 lives

Five storied factory of Hasheem Foods Ltd. In the outskirts of Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh caught massive fire. Black smoke could be observed reaching to the sky.
In this frightening incident at least 52 people died. Adding to the calamity the exit door was locked illegally and many trapped inside. “According to Bangladsh factory laws exit doors cannot be shut during production hours” informed Debashish Bardhan, a deputy director of the Fire Service and Civil Defense.
Subsidiary of Sajeeb Group, a Bangladeshi company which produce juice under Pakistan’s Lahore based company Shezan International Ltd.
It claims to have export its products worldwide like USA, Indi , Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Bhutan, Nepal, Africa & Middle East.
Arrest of 10 people has been made so far.
