M/s Divya Enterprises is a partnership company formed in year 2004 by enthusiastic engineers. We were in field execution for the initial span of 10 years dealing with project works related to water/sewage pumping. We have handled many large pumps during this period.

Since year 2013, we have moved to manufacturing base with intention to convert our experience in to products useful to our water industry. Our first introduction in manufacturing was with bladder vessel which was for surge protection of water and sewage pipe lines. This product was brought from France till then.

We are presently having a manufacturing facility in industrial area with a plot size of 13000 sq. ft. We have 6 engineers and 24 work-forces on payroll. We have 60 HP connected power from MAHATRANSCO.

We are associated with M/s Sterling & Wilson, a leading contractor for fire fighting in industry. We have been supplying following products to the fire industry in specific:

Q: What are your Flagship Brands?

Our expertise is in three main areas:

Caisson pipe design: Manufacturing and erection in sea. We have supplied around caissons for various projects. Almost all ports of Aadani have our Caisson pipes protecting the VT Pumps (Heart of fire fighting system) mounted in Sea. We have special accessory design for strainers cleaning and chemical dousing at bell mouth level. These caisson pipes are made in material ranging from SS316 L to super duplex steel.

Design, manufacture, supply and erection of Towers up to 20 meters height. We have supplied this in both welded and bolted construction. For corrosion resistant painting and galvanizing, these are erected to prime location like JNPT. They can be in structural steel or pipes as per Client’s requirement

Foam Storage Tanks: They are designed and fabricated in SS316L. They are manufactured in sizes from 1000 liters to 20,000 liters. They are supplied with rubber bladder or proportionate valves, as may be required

Q: Can you tell us about the production facility?

We are having an industrial plot of 13000 sq. ft. on lease. Our employee strength is 25 ranging from helpers to “A” Class welders and fitters. We have six engineers led by our partner with nine years of experience. Our marketing team is led by a veteran with 40 years of experience. Besides this we have support staff of 5 for stores, accounts, drawing etc.

The list of equipments is attached for reference: Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001-2015 accredited by IR Class and are also certified ZED Bronze. We are MSME with Udyam Aadhar registration and also registered with GEM Portal.

Q: What promotion strategies you adopt?

We are not doing any promotional activity as on date and our customers speak for us.

Q: How much market size growth you see in coming 5 years?

We are presently 10 Cr. Company and wish to do 60 Cr. In next 5 years. We are planning to launch some special patented products in the near future to achieve the projections.

Q: How Government policies are compliant to your line of business?

Government policies are formulated once for safety for all location. The levels are different but, are required to be followed stringently. For us the Government policy such as creation of ports at various locations helped us in promoting our business in Caisson Pipe. Similarly the foam protections required for oil and chemical industry are favorable to us to promote the foam tank fabrication

Q: Are you exporting to other Countries?

We are exporting our products to African countries but they form a part of different vertical and not relevant to fire protection business

Q: What are expansion plans in next 2 years?

Our plans for expansion are to increase the reach to various users and contractors. We also have plans to develop some new products which will enhance the safety of the fireman and humans and property in a unlikely event of fire. The product is in preliminary stage of concept conversion.
