Q: Tell us about the history of your company?

A: We have been in the business of Door manufacturing since 1965. We are pleased to state that the third generation has joined the legacy.

Initially, we were in “Door” manufacturing, not in fire rated doors.

A fire incident in our known, claimed lives of both husband and wife. This incident shook us. We decided to do something to safeguard human life against fire. Since, we had our expertise in “Doors”, we utilized our core capabilities and ventured in fire rated doors manufacturing.

Q: Can you tell us about the products you offer for fire safety?

A: We offer “Fire Rated Doors” for 30 minutes, 60 minutes & 120 minutes.

Our latest offerings are, first “Fire Canvas”, technology transfer by CBRI, used for mass safety of the people, e.g. making public shelter etc.

Second, another technology transfer from NPL, PUSA, which is sound proof cabin. It can be used for the compartmentalization of the area where silent zones has to be created amid noisy surroundings.

Q: What is the quality policy of your company?

A: We are ISO certified company and as a quality assurance our products are CE certified. We buy quality raw materials, equipped with computerized monitored manufacturing facility.

We use only CNC machinery for the accuracy.

Before each delivery, we do product testing so that the performance is assured.

Q: Can you elaborate about the philosophy of your company?

A: Our philosophy is to deliver the projects in time with optimum customer satisfaction.

Q: Which other countries you are exporting?

A: We are exporting to SAARC countries.

Q: What expansion plans you have for your company?

A: We aim to establish warehouse sale in USA & Canada.

Q: What marketing strategies do you adopt to promote your company?

A: We first impart product knowledge & technical superiority of our product to our existing customers. We also invest in man power so that they can quench the query of the customers to their satisfaction.

Q: What is your view on the Indian economic policies & how it is going to benefit fire industry of India?

A: The vision of our honorable PM is to provide home to every citizen and “Vocal for Local”. I believe that both are going to benefit the business. 

Q: Has the impact of pandemic been reduced by now? If not by when do you expect business situation comes to normal?

A: Construction industry is the backbone of the economy as it creates job in many sectors and provides business to various sector. Since this sector is growing, as a resultant other sectors are going to grow with it.

A: Don’t avoid safety. Negligence of safety may destroy whole past & future.
